Hosted a cross company summit to connect hundreds of content owners and vendors who all share a common goal—the transition of a retiring, but enormous intranet site, with over 150,000 content assets.
HOSTING A HYBRID SUMMIT: Tuxedo integrated social engagement into the entire Summit experience: pre-event, during the event and post-event. Pre Event engagement encouraged attendees to to “ask your questions on Social handle before the show”. During the event encouraged the attendees with live dialogue, feedback and Q&A sparking over 1000 posts in a 4-hour period.Post event largely revolved around recognition, metrics and follow-up. No emails conversations were used to encourage social collaboration.
